island of Poros in the Argosaronic Gulf Islands, Greece.
Poros is a very popular destination for visitors to Athens, as it has frequent
ferry connections from the port of Piraeus. It is an island with a wonderful
landscape, and some beautiful towns and villages.
There are a nice choice of lovely beaches here where one can swim during
the summer, as well as some interesting places to visit such as the famous
clock tower that stands above the port.
